Payment Method and Timing:

Please make the payment within approximately 3 days from the time of ordering.

  • Orders will be automatically canceled if the payment deadline is exceeded.

Delivery Time of Goods: The time required to prepare for shipping varies depending on the product. For pre-orders or made-to-order products, please check the individual product information.

Estimated Shipping Days (Regular Orders):

  • Japan: 1-5 business days
  • North America: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 6-9 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 6-9 business days

Please understand that while every effort is made to deliver within the estimated shipping days, it cannot be guaranteed. The actual number of days it takes for delivery will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes:

All applicable customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Our shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Method of Goods: After arrangement by us, delivery will be carried out by the transportation company.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations: Our store accepts returns and exchanges. Please contact and return the product within 30 days after delivery. The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer. In case of refunds, only the product price will be refunded. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer bears the cost of any loss in value (based on agreement with the seller).

Examples Where Exchange/Return Is Not Accepted:

- Used products

- Sale or lucky bag items

- Products damaged or dirtied by the customer

- Products without a receipt or purchase certificate from our company or authorized dealers

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products. Products that have been altered or processed in any way cannot be returned. Please note that some characteristics inherent to the product do not qualify as defects.

Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:

Customers bear the shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (paid upfront). For returns/exchanges due to our error, such as defective or incorrect products, please return using the postage-paid envelope provided by us. Refunds for shipping costs paid by the customer in error are not possible.

Return Deadline: Please contact and return within 30 days of delivery.
