Shipping policy

Delivery Time of Products: The time it takes to prepare an order for shipment varies by product. For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please check the specific product information.

Estimated Shipping Days (Regular Orders):

- Japan: 1-5 business days

- North America: 5-10 business days

- Europe: 6-9 business days

- Asia Pacific: 6-9 business days

Please note that while efforts are made to deliver within the estimated shipping days, it is not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes: All applicable customs fees and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. The shop is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Delivery Method: After arrangement by the shop, delivery is conducted by a transportation company.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations: Returns and exchanges are accepted. Contact us and return within 30 days after delivery. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Refunds cover only the product price. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer bears the loss in value (based on agreement with the seller).

Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:

Customers bear the shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (paid upfront). For returns/exchanges due to defects or incorrect shipments from the company, please return using a prepaid return envelope or pay on delivery. Refunds for shipping costs mistakenly paid by the customer are not available. Please understand this policy.
