Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return a product within 30 days after its arrival.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received: unused, undamaged, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Note that some product characteristics inherent to their nature do not qualify as defects.

Damage Compensation and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect the items for any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us immediately in such cases. For returns or exchanges due to product defects, incorrect shipment, or other issues on our part, we may ask you to return the items using a prepaid return envelope or pay on delivery. Please understand that if you mistakenly bear the shipping costs, we cannot offer a refund for those expenses.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping costs for exchanges due to customer convenience will be at the customer's expense (paid upfront).
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Only the product price is refundable. Please note that there might be a delay in your bank or credit card company processing the refund.
