Features and Characteristics of Wooden Products
- Small chips or imperfections may occasionally appear on the corners due to hard fibers or knots in the wood during processing. In some cases, the grain or knot colors may appear dark, resembling stains, but these do not affect functionality.
- Glossy patterns resembling “muscle striations” are a natural feature of high-quality wood, referred to as "Tiger Stripes" (Torafu) in Japanese.
- Knots are marks left from the growth of leaves and branches. Tiny black dots, known as “Pin Knots,” may also be visible.
Usage and Storage Instructions
- Over time, the lid may warp or lift slightly but may return to its original shape depending on humidity levels. This is a natural characteristic of breathing wood.
- Being a natural material, wooden products are sensitive to environmental conditions. Avoid storing in excessively dry or humid areas.
- Tiny imperfections such as dust trapped in the paint coating may result in slight bumps (less than 1 mm). We inspect each item carefully, but minor imperfections are part of the product’s nature.
- Some boxes may have gaps intentionally left inside the lid to prevent damage from wood expansion.
- A small amount of varnish may adhere to the interior during production due to the spraying process. Fully coating the interior would significantly raise costs, so we appreciate your understanding.

【木製品の特徴とご理解いただきたいこと】
・木材を加工する際に硬い繊維や節にあたることで、角部分が少し欠けた状態になっていることもございます。色
が目立って汚れが見える場合もございますが、使用上問題はございません。木の栄養の保存場所となる細胞が木材になったときに表れたもので、高品質な木材を使っている証です。トラの縦縞模様に似ていることから『虎斑（トラフ）』と呼ば・節目は木の成長過程で
できた葉や枝の跡です。 特に小さな黒い点状の節目は『葉節（ピンノット）』といいます。
【使用・保管の注意】
◇使用していくうちに、蓋部分に浮きや反りが見られたが、などで元に戻る場合もございます。
◇木製品の性質上、温度や湿度など、環境からの影響を受けやすい商品です。
◇塗装面にチリなどが入っており盛り上がっている場合があります
。をあけて製造しております。木の膨張をふせぐための処理となっております。
◇内部に少量のニスが付着してしまう場合がございます。防止のが正義、内側を全塗装しますとコストが高く販売が難しいためご了承ください。

Delivery Time of Products: The time it takes to prepare an order for shipment varies by product. For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please check the specific product information.
